Florence, Ky. – The Florence Y’alls (25-35) scored in seven different innings, racked up 21 hits, and hit four home runs en route to a 21-4 victory over the Empire State Greys (3-58) at Thomas More Stadium on Tuesday.

The Florence bats pounced on Greys’ starter Alberto Rodriguez with four runs, including a Brennan Price homer, before the Y’alls even recorded an out. Ray Zuberer went deep twice, and Bryant Flete added a three-run shot.

Every Y’all contributed with the bat in one way or another tonight. Eight of the nine starters reached base and scored at least one run in the contest. Impressively, four different players recorded four or more RBI. Zuberer and Flete drove in five runs, Price and Ethan Stern four.

The 21 runs and 21 hits each match Florence's season-high, recorded in the same game against Ottawa back in May. Florence has reached double-digit runs 13 times this season, winning 11 in a row when doing so.

Solid pitching helped the Y’alls move the game along and bring home the dominant win. Right-handed starter Jared Flueck earned his first professional win, throwing six innings and allowing four runs. Kent Klyman, Evy Ruibal, and Darwin Ramos combined for three scoreless innings out of the bullpen.

The Y’alls now work with a three-game winning streak to kick off a long homestand. Florence has scored 45 runs over the three-game span and allowed just 19. Jonaiker Villalobos is tomorrow night's probable starter against the traveling Greys. First pitch is at 6:31 p.m. from Thomas More Stadium.
