Rustbuster League
The Rustbuster League is presented by the Florence Y'alls in partnership with the Kentucky Rampage organization and is designed for teams ages 9U-11U to "kick the rust off" as they prepare for their spring/summer competitive seasons.
Starting March 4th; Every Thursday
How does it work?
Each team will take the field at Thomas More Stadium twice a week, (one game and one practice). The league will open up on Monday, March 4th, and will conclude before March 28th. Each age division will consist of four teams. Each team will receive the following:
- One (1) 90 minute practice time each week (Mondays; 4 total) on the turf at Y'alls Ballpark with your team.
- One (1) 1hr 45min game each week on the field (Thursdays). Four (4) games total, 3 league games and one championship/3rd place game.
How to register
Team (minimum 12 players on a team) cost is $795/team if registering an entire team. Entire teams the register are expected to supply their own uniforms, along with using their own baseball during on-field practice times. Cost also includes umpire fees for games. $7.80 per child per visit (eight total visits for the Rustbuster League)
Reminder: We will take the FIRST 4 PAID TEAMS FOR EACH DIVISION. Make sure to get your payment in to ensure your spot in the league. Safest way is to pay by credit card during registration!
Where do we play?
Games will be played at Thomas More Stadium with the one big field divided into three mini fields. Bases and mounds will be as follows:
- 9U = Mound 46′ | Bases 65′
- 10U = Mound 46′ | Bases 65′
- 11U = Mound 50′ | Bases 70′
